  • Worked Closely with staff and students of the CSD to develop web programs which made registration, status checks, and confirmation of on-line courses much easier and effective. The On-line systems also helped to reduce t he traffic in the CSD offices.
  • Worked with Braille to assist people with visual impairments.

  • Created and managed a team of 10 people to solicit sponsorships in the Hamilton region.

  • Awarded top team in the Greater Toronto Area for generating a sales record of 20 sponsorships per week for the World Vision Campaign.

  • Analyzed and wrote flow charts for programming controllers at the physical plant.
  • Consulted with end user to develop a database for troubled calls received, which made the utilities services more effective in tracking problems with heating and air-conditioning around the McMaster University campus.

  • Database Designer/Office Assistant , September 02-April 03
    Office of the Board of Governors, McMaster University, Hamilton
  • Consulted with clients to create a database for the board members of McMaster University. This made it easier for the secretary of the board of government to enter, access, and retrieve information on the board members
  • Undertook various administrative duties such as typing, photocopying, data entry, meet and greet in the office when the officers were in a meeting.
  • Created and designed the board member list brochure which saved the office over $3,000 in design fees.
